Portpack UK Limited offer both in-house training and on-site training.
In-house training is carried out at Portpack UK Limited’s premises based in Nottingham. The Training programme commences with our technicians giving a presentation overview of the equipment , followed by hands on training on the equipment, and then a Question and Answer session completes the training programme.
On-site training is offered at the time our technicians carry out commissioning of the equipment or as a refresher progamme. On-site training is carried out at the customers premises, an overview of the equipment will be given by our technicians, hands on training on the equipment will then be given we recommend that our customers carryout this training when material is available to enable the trainees to gain the full experience of what an operation feels like. Our technicians will then encourage a Question and Answer session.
As with all businesses we understand that our customers experience changes in personnel, this is why we offer a refresher programme, which will allow new operators to inter-grate with the existing operators smoothly.
Trainees are provided with a copies of Training Manuals and a DVD showing useful tips for ensuring the equipment is correctly maintained. All trainees receive a Certificate to confirm they have completed the Training programme.
